| 1st Annual Family Night Greetings! 
We had a very nice turnout with several families attending our first Family Night covered dish dinner and dance. The student cultural dancers (along with Clarence Pan) from Daytona State College entertained us with some Greek dances. We had a reversed role Waltz mixer with the men lining up. Marta led us in Cha Cha and Salsa lessons during the evening.
Clarence also served as the deejay for the evening, giving Bruce a well deserved night off and allowing him to enjoy the evening to dance with his Mom, among others.
The food was great and plentiful. There is talk of doing it again next year around the same time. Everyone chipped in at the end of the evening to clean up and put everything back in order. It was nice to meet and get to know everyone on a personal level.
We hope you will plan on joining us next time. We know Maggie, Polly's niece, will be looking forward to it.
The GDC Board *Next year's Family Night is planned for May 29, 2010.
